Meet Cesar Tallada

Cesar and his wife, Doris, have four adult children: Hannah, Gideon, Chara and Joshua (all married). Cesar is a pastor in addition to his role as the International Director of the Romans Project for Southeast Asia and the National Facilitator for his own country, the Philippines.

Cesar first heard about the Romans Project through his friend, Edmir Miranda and completed the Romans Challenge in 2012. The Romans Project challenge helped him to develop a love of reading the books of the Bible. Reading and re-reading books of the Bible has helped him to know the context of the book better, so now he can understand the chapters and verses according to their context and not just pull verses to memorize. Cesar observes that pastors who complete the Romans Challenge become more committed to expository preaching.

What pastors are saying…

It was a wonderful and blessed experience for me to be part of Romans Project...This course is a real encouragement for me in the area where I am working, especially the pagan religion and how to reach out where the deceptions and lies of Satan are and bring the Gospel in those areas. I will continue study of Romans, reading, writing, and meditating on it.
